All the members of the group have a specific role in our shared ideal of reducing antibiotics in live stock farming. This shared ideal and the progressive entrepreneurial style related to the realization of such an ideal, is what makes it more than interesting to me to work for this company.
In my role I am in close contact with all the different departments. It’s interesting and encouraging that so many different people find their way in our company. As an HR Manager I could speak of ‘great diversity’ ; as a person I just love to work with so many different – international – people.
Sorry for using big words but we are the company of the future, playing a mayor part in animal- and human health care. That brings a certain atmosphere, an atmosphere that is based on ‘moving forward, taking risks ‘ instead of avoiding them. Sharing succes is something we do in our pub at the Head Office.
Are we the ‘perfect company to work for’?
No! Because dynamics brings also frustration when projects don’t come to a successful end, when new concepts are not profitable, when the Dutch and French again have a discussion, when again the director cancels a meeting…..
So, in the end we are just a bunch of normal human beings doing something exceptional. And that’s my reason of being happy to be here.
